MBA’s Flag Football League gives boys across Middle Tennessee a safe and supportive environment to learn the game, compete, and grow. Our program emphasizes fitness, teamwork, communication, and leadership while providing a fun, non-contact alternative to tackle football. Whether your son is a first-time player or already experienced, he’ll build confidence, learn fundamentals, and develop a love for the game.

Winter 2026 Information

Join us this Winter for the new-look MBA Flag Football League! Across seven Sundays, boys in Kindergarten through 8th Grade will have an opportunity to develop their skills in a safe, supportive and competitive football environment fuled by the desire to provide a fun, non-contact alternative to tackle football.

Registration is open to individuals only and players will be assigned to teams - all coached by an MBA Football player - randomly (requests not guaranteed).

Once again, MBA is excited to offer a place for your son to build confidence, learn football fundamentals, and develop a love for the game.

Registration is for teams only this spring with 10 players max on each team. Teams must have their own coach.
